Please ensure you read and understand the following Fee Policy. By enrolling at The Hills Dance Factory, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Respecting this policy allows us to continue providing the best possible services for you and your children.
Account Communication.
All invoices/statements are emailed to families. If this is unsuitable, please notify us.

Annual Enrolment Fee.
A non-refundable annual enrolment fee is invoiced with your first month's dance fees each year:
$15.00 per student
$25.00 per family
This fee covers administration and music copyright (intellectual property) costs.
Payment Policies.
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month via Direct Debit.
Parents unable to pay an invoice on time should contact the studio to arrange an alternative.
Sibling & Referral Discounts: Available if all fees are paid on time. Discounts apply to the child attending fewer weekly classes.
Exam fees, uniforms, and other charges are not included in monthly direct debits. These are invoiced separately or paid at the front desk with clear due dates.
Outstanding Fees.
Students with overdue accounts may be excluded from classes, private lessons, or the end-of-year concert until fees are up to date.
Costumes will not be issued until fees are fully paid.
Accounts overdue by more than 120 days may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Payment Methods.
Monthly Fees: Paid via Direct Debit only.
Other Payments: Can be made via Internet banking, cash, or EFTPOS at the studio front desk.
Cash payments must be handed to an HDF staff member, with a receipt issued at the time of payment. Do not leave cash at an unattended counter.

Refunds & Cancellations.
Refunds may be available in certain circumstances. Contact Mark at mark@hdfonline.com.au to discuss refund requests.
Leaving the Studio:
Notify us via email at info@hillsdancefactory.com.au to cancel your enrolment.
Billing will continue until written notice is received. No refunds are available for missed classes if cancellation notice is not provided.
Two Weeks’ Notice: Required for cancellations. Students may continue attending during this period, or the two weeks’ fees will be forfeited.
Keeping Records Updated
Parents can use the Parent Portal to update your details or must notify us in writing of any changes to contact details or class enrolments to ensure records remain accurate.
